• Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our customer support. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

• Shipping: We offer various shipping methods, which will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location and the chosen method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• Risk of Loss: All purchases are shipped according to the shipping provider’s terms. Once we provide the item to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. You will receive tracking information to monitor the shipment.

• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to our return policy. The item must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Any modifications, alterations, damage (intentional or accidental), additions, or tampering with the original condition of the guitar, including but not limited to physical changes, adjustments, or unauthorized repairs, will void eligibility for returns or refunds. There are no exceptions.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs and sales tax are non-refundable.

All content on JTalGuitars.com, including but not limited to product images, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of JTal Guitars or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the website, hack into any systems, or engage in any activities that could damage the site, its content, or the experience of other users.
